The Theta Healing Technique has been created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health and after she healed from a 9-in tumor her leg.
Through meditation, ThetaHealing aimes reconnecting to the unique universal source, no matter the name given to it by one belief system or other. Through this connection it opens the possibility to clear the limiting beliefs at the body, mind and soul level and training them towards generating positive thoughts.
By using the Theta brain state this changes can become instantaneous and can begin to manifest in a healthy and positive lifestyle.
Theta Healing believes that our thoughts create our reality, therefore by maintaining harmful beliefs our subconscious mind we manifest situations that brings us suffering. During a Theta session this beliefs can be identified and released. Nothing changes without your permission. There are also situations where personal beliefs that may seem harmful (e.g “I am ugly”) are present with a higher purpose (maybe for protection) and these beliefs are left unchanged, but ThetaHealing can help you transform the way you integrate their effects.
What is the Theta state?
The 4-8Hz frequency of reduced brain activity is called the theta state and it naturally occurs during sleep and states of deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within. It’s a state of intense visualization –dream like-, intuitive that allows for investigation beyond the conscious awareness. In theta you can access emotions, fears, beliefs, your troubled history.
